The mom to two talented young ladies, Michelle forms half of the empty nest…
Michelle has fulfilled a lifelong dream of opening her small neighbourhood café. MTNest values are driven by Michelle’s creativity, vision, generosity and kind demeanour. Her passion for good food and great coffee is legendary in her circles.
Tony Russell
Meet the “T” of MT Nest Café & Market. Chief Power Engineer by day, project manager 24/7 and the dad to two amazing humans.
Tony loves frozen chocolate chip cookies, the Calgary Flames, a good day on the golf course, and travelling to new places. The bucket list is definitely real for him.
If you are looking for Tony, he’s probably fixing, cleaning or helping Michelle find something that she’s misplaced. And if he’s not there, he’s gone golfing.
MT Nest Cafe is conveniently located on SW Hill in Medicine Hat and we have a true neighbourhood feel. We created a niche environment in our humble cafe to cater to our neighbourhood and community. The inspiration for MT Nest has come from years of travelling to unique little cafes and choosing some of our favourite things from each spot.
We offer a warm and friendly environment with new approaches to our menu and we top it off with great customer service!
